Pain in the ASSiniboine Race Day Schedule

6:30 AM - Canoe drop off opens at Beaudry park (Closes at 9:15)

7:00 AM - Registration Opens at the Forks Atrium - Pick up race kits

8:10 AM - Registration Closes

8:15 AM - All racers must be at start line (center skating circle at the Forks)

8:30 AM - Race Start

9:15 AM - All support crews must be at Beaudry Park (Google Map of Beaudry Park)

(your support crew will be directed by volunteers when they enter Beaudry Park. Please follow their directions)

12:00 - 1:00 PM - First racers will begin to cross the finish line

No formal post race event will take place but we invite everyone to hang out with us after the race and enjoy the day
All finishers will receive a Pain in the ASSiniboine finisher's keep sake
Each racer will receive a FREE bevvy of choice
Post race snacks will be available for purchase - details TBA
